Keeping your stock with us takes four steps.

You restock by reordering the references you already have: no new project and no software to buy.

Agree what to hold, and how much

With you, per reference — based on how the product actually sells.

We produce ahead of your orders

When a sale lands, the units are already made, finished and packed.

You see the levels in your account

Each reference shows its stock next to its price and history, so you see it running low before it runs out.

We ship on your behalf

We ship to Amazon, to your warehouse or to the end customer, under your brand.

Where it ships

We ship it to three destinations.

We make, pack, store and ship your product, so you deal with one supplier and pay one invoice.

We palletize and label it to Amazon’s inbound requirements.

It goes straight from our warehouse to Amazon’s fulfillment center. A bike rack brand ships to Amazon this way.

Stock & fulfillment, defined

Stock & fulfillment at OperGo is a service, not software. We make the references you already order — a part, a variant or a finished product — ahead of demand, up to the levels we agree with you. We keep the material and the finished units for you and ship them under your brand when you sell. Each reference shows its stock level in the same account where you get quotes and place orders, so restocking is just another order of the same reference.

Everything about stock & fulfillment

What we hold

Raw materialReserved so your production runs don’t wait for material.
Finished unitsMade, finished and packaged, ready to ship when you sell.
Any referenceA single part, one of its variants, a kit or a full product code.
Levels per referenceSet with you from how the product sells — no one-size minimum — and reviewed as order data comes in.
ReplenishmentA new order of the same reference, planned with normal lead times so it arrives before the stock runs out.

What to send

What you send, and what you get back.

The reference you already order and how you sell it are enough.

The part you already order, and how you sell it

The reference, the volume you expect per month and where it ships: Amazon FBA, your warehouse or your customers.

A price per part and a stock level per reference, in 24–48 hours

With the unit price and the level we propose to hold for each reference.

If the route doesn’t fit, we tell you before anything is held

And we requote it with the route that does.

Questions

Questions about stock & fulfillment

Is this inventory-management software I subscribe to?

No. It is how we run fulfillment for the parts and products we already make for you. The stock levels are simply visible on the same OperGo account where your quotes, orders and invoices live — there is nothing separate to buy or install.

Do you hold raw material, finished units, or both?

Both. Material can be reserved so your production runs never wait on sourcing, and finished, packaged units are held ready to ship. Which mix makes sense depends on the reference — we set it with you when the stock levels are agreed.

How are stock levels and replenishment decided?

Per reference, together with you, based on how the product actually sells — there is no one-size minimum. Levels are reviewed as real order data comes in, and replenishment runs are scheduled with normal production lead times, before the level runs out rather than after.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA?

Yes — palletized and labeled to Amazon’s inbound requirements, shipped directly from our facility. A wall-mounted bike rack brand has run exactly this model with OperGo: laser cutting to palletizing under one account.

Can you drop-ship directly to my customers?

Yes. After a first order of a minimum quantity of parts, which we hold for you, orders can leave one unit at a time, packaged under your brand, straight to the end customer. You never hold stock yourself.

Is there a minimum first order to hold stock?

Holding starts with a first order of the reference. How much to hold is agreed per reference, from how the product sells, so there is no single minimum for everyone: we tell you at quoting.

Do I need the full product catalog to use this?

No — it works per reference. A single part, or one part with its finish variants, can be held in stock on its own. The product catalog multiplies what stock can do (any encoded combination, fulfilled on demand), but it isn’t a requirement to start.

What happens when demand grows past the current process?

The process behind a stocked reference is never locked in. If volume grows to where a different process prices better — CNC to injection molding, say — we move the part, and your codes, stock levels and the way you reorder stay exactly the same.

How long does the quote take, and is it confidential?

You get a price per part and a stock level per reference in 24–48 hours. A mutual NDA is in place before you upload, so your parts and drawings stay confidential.
