Is OperGo a marketplace?

No. We quote and make your part ourselves, under our own quality control. Your file is only seen by the people who work on your part, under NDA.

Where are my parts made?

In Europe and Asia: high-volume runs in Asia, finishing and final assembly in Europe. One team answers for all of it.

Is production certified?

Yes. Production is ISO 9001:2015 certified and audited, and every run is verified against your specification.

How is my design protected?

Every project starts under a mutual NDA, signed automatically before you upload anything. Your files live in a private AWS VPC on KMS-encrypted storage, and only your team can reach them.

Who owns the molds and the tooling?

You do, from the first run. The tooling stays in our plants and runs on our machines, ready for your next order; when you no longer need it, we destroy it. We don't make molds to ship to another manufacturer.
