Extruded · aluminumCut to your lengthThree materials, one process.
Aluminum, plastic or rubber: we match the material to the job, on the same quote.
Beyond the profile
We turn profiles into finished parts.
Extruded · cut · coated · assembledExtrusion, defined
Extrusion pushes heated material — an aluminum billet, a plastic or a rubber compound — through a shaped die into a continuous profile with one cross-section, then cuts it to length. It makes frames, trim, channel, gaskets and seals: anything the same shape all along its length.

What to send
What you send, and what you get back.
The profile drawing and the PDF are enough.
Your profile drawing and the 2D PDF
The STEP model gives the section; the drawing carries what the model cannot say. Alloy or material, length, quantity, machining and finish are chosen when you upload the part.
A price per part, in 24–48 hours
With the unit price and the lead time of every part, cutting and finishing included.
If it can’t be extruded as drawn, the change it needs
We tell you before anything is made, and requote it.
Questions
Questions about extrusion
What's the difference between aluminum, plastic and elastomer extrusion?
The process is the same — forcing material through a shaped die to produce a constant cross-section — but the material decides the job. Aluminum profiles hold structural load and their shape; plastic profiles are lighter and cheaper for trim and channel; elastomer profiles (EPDM, silicone, nitrile) flex and seal, for gaskets and weatherstripping. We match the material to what the profile actually needs to do.
What aluminum alloys and tempers do you run?
6005A-T6 for large structural sections, 6060-T6 for general commercial profiles, 6061-T6 for general engineering, 6063 in T5 (architectural/visual) or T6 (structural) for the classic window-and-frame alloy, and 6082-T6 where the profile needs to carry real load.
Do I need a custom die for my profile, and what does it cost?
Only if your cross-section isn't a standard, off-the-shelf shape. A standard profile ships with no tooling cost; a fully custom shape needs its own extrusion die, a one-time cost that falls per meter as the volume grows. What it comes to depends on the section: send your drawing or STEP and we tell you at quoting.
Can you cut, drill and anodize my profile in one order?
Yes — profiles are cut to length, mitered, drilled or capped as the drawing asks, and anodized or painted (aluminum) in the same order as the extrusion itself, not sourced as a separate step.
Extrusion or CNC machining for my part?
A constant section is extruded; pockets, threads and holes along the profile are machined afterwards, in the same order. If the part is mostly features that change along its length, we say so and requote it as CNC machining.
What elastomers do you extrude, and what are they good for?
EPDM for outdoor weathering and UV/ozone resistance, neoprene for shock absorption, nitrile for oil and fuel resistance, FDA-grade silicone for food or medical contact, and Viton for aggressive chemicals and high heat — picked by what the seal or gasket actually has to survive.
What's the minimum order for an extruded profile?
There's no fixed minimum on a standard profile — price is what naturally limits a very short run. A custom die does carry its own volume math, the same as any other tooling investment. From a single profile to production runs, with cutting, machining and finishing in the same order.
Which file do I send, and how long does the quote take?
Your profile as a STEP file and the 2D drawing as a PDF: the model gives the section, the drawing what the model cannot say — alloy or material, length, quantity, machining and finish. You get a price per part in 24–48 hours.
Is there an NDA before I upload my drawing?
Yes. A mutual NDA is in place before you upload, so your profile and drawings stay confidential.
What if extrusion isn't the right process for my part?
Then we say so at quoting. If your part needs features that change along its length — a machined pocket, a tapped hole, a bend — we requote it under CNC or sheet metal instead.
